As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span>
\nCreate an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture<\/span>
\nSet clear team goals<\/span>
\nDelegate tasks and set deadlines<\/span>
\nOversee day-to-day operation<\/span>
\nMonitor team performance and report on metrics<\/span>
\nMotivate team members<\/span>
\nDiscover training needs and provide coaching<\/span>
\nListen to team members\u2019 feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts<\/span>
\nRecognize high performance and reward accomplishments<\/span>
\nEncourage creativity and risk-taking<\/span>
\nSuggest and organize team building activities<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/span>
\nProven work experience as a team leader or supervisor<\/span>
\nIn-depth knowledge of performance metrics<\/span>
\nGood PC skills, especially MS Excel<\/span>
\nExcellent communication and leadership skills<\/span>
\nOrganizational and time-management skills<\/span>
\nDecision-making skills<\/span>
